What We Do – Professional Home Watch Services

Our professional home watch services provide reliable property monitoring to help protect your home while you’re away. Each visit includes a detailed interior and exterior inspection to identify issues early and maintain your home’s condition.

Interior Home Monitoring

• Collect newspapers, mail flyers, and unsolicited materials

• Ensure all interior windows and doors are securely locked

• Run water in all sinks and flush toilets to maintain plumbing traps

• Inspect for visible plumbing leaks or water damage

• Check for signs of insects, pests, mold, or mildew

• Visually inspect the electrical panel for tripped breakers

• Confirm refrigerator and freezer are operating properly

• Check and adjust thermostat settings

• Run garbage disposal to ensure proper function

• Water indoor plants as instructed

• Replace HVAC or home air filters (if provided)

Garage & Vehicle Checks

• Open and close garage door to confirm proper operation

• Start vehicle and run for approximately 10 minutes (upon request)

Exterior Property Inspection

• Perform a visual inspection of the home’s exterior condition

• Check fencing for damage or security concerns

• Inspect front entryway and exterior lighting

• Check window screens and pool enclosures, including bird cages

• Sweep entryway and remove debris

• Every Other Week Home Watch: Starting at $75/Visit (2 visits per month, varies by house size)

Mail & Delivery Services

• Mail Pick-Up: $15 each

• Grocery Pick-Up: $40 + $10 per additional store – includes photos of groceries put away

Vehicle & Equipment Services (per occurrence)

• Vehicle Start or Golf Cart Battery Maintenance: $20 per time
  (Includes starting your vehicle for 10 minutes or adding distilled water to your golf cart battery)

Storm & Emergency Services

• After Storm Check with Detailed Photos: Starting at $120

• Arrival Start-Up: $150 – prepare your home before you return; get everything opened up and ready for your arrival

Vendor Coordination & Assistance

• Vendor Coordination (call & schedule repairs): $60

• On-Site Vendor Assistance: Starting at $60 an hour
